Residences (property owners) w/ existing service connections
Property owner must come to GWC Office in person where signature is required to have water turned on.
Service address located inside corporate limits must pay a $20.00 deposit (refundable at termination of service after applying toward final bill); and a $25.00 service charge (non-refundable).
Service address outside corporate limits must pay $20.00 deposit (refundable as above); and a $35.00 non-refundable service charge.
